Time of the Annual Gather!! That's what time it is!!
Date: June 27, 2009
Day: Saturday
Time: 2pm onwards
Where: Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA
Yes Folks! It's that time of year fast approaching! Our Annual Gather has been scheduled for the 27th of June, 2009 which is a Saturday.
The Brewers will be in town for the Baseball Enthusiasts (http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.com/schedule/index.jsp?c_id=mil&m=6&y=2009) <~~ Clicky the link! Jesse is planning on a Sunday Outing to Miller Park. Contact us for more information, please.
We are located just down the street from the Milwaukee County Zoo (http://www.milwaukeezoo.org/), Miller Brewery is around the corner and offers a very nice tour. (http://www.factorytoursusa.com/TourDetails.asp?TourID=170&State=WI&Search=)
For those that don't mind roughing it and waiting in line for the bathroom, we offer a full backyard to pitch tents in. (I have spare tents in case you need one.)
Summerfest (http://www.summerfest.com/flash/#) will be under full swing with many headline bands coming. Watch the site for updates on who will be performing when. Called the Big Gig, if you want a fun time down on the lake front, this is a 'at least once in a lifetime' affair to attend, if you can afford it. (If you have kids, they can stay with us for the day while you take time off to go play.)
Saturday will be a day of relaxation, grilling and sitting by a pit fire place that evening. This is a pot-luck event. Bring a dish to pass, meat to grill and your favoured beverage. We'll provide Lemonade / punch for the kids.
